Position: W2 / Full time

Job Duration: Till Valid Visa Status

Salary: $40.00 per hour

Configures all elements of the Kronos application to include: Pay Rules, Work Rules, Accruals, Scheduling, WIMs, Attendance, Access Profiles, etc.
Accountable for gathering and analyzing business requirement specifications, measurements, data mappings, policies, business procedures, etc. as well as transforming them into creative solutions within the system.
Perform gap analysis to determine our Kronos suite’s system configuration and development changes.
Create business requirements documents, system configuration documents, detailed functional design documents, test plans and test cases, user training documents and implementation documentation as necessary.
Work with development team to design and implement system modifications.
Work with Kronos and client team members with minimal supervision.
Analysing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.
Supporting the Kronos Product, resolving the issues raised by client and providing proper solution, monitoring customer servers, troubleshooting
Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.
Promote a collaborative work environment
Create SQL queries against Oracle tables to troubleshoot, develop metrics, and create ad-hoc reporting as needed.
Work with business customers, developers and Kronos Support to research, document and resolve Oracle system issues.

Bachelor / Master's Degree, Specializing in Information Technology, Computer Science and Equivalent.
Minimum Experience Required: 1 Year
